It wasn't great, but it was better than nothing. It did feel abit like we watched 2 friendlies in my opinion. I also still think that it is unfair for teams to play reverse fixtures at home without fans, but I have banged that drum from the start so won't keep doing is.
It is the new norm for abit and we will need to get used to it and try and embrace it.
Was impressed by the players and ref taking the knee. Very powerful.
To be fair that’s the 1st time the goal line technology has failed, was a rare occurrence that all the cameras were blocked

Such a weird situation!
Morning
David Luiz setting the bench mark for Aurier Friday
I think it just reaffirmed my opinion as to how poor the league is tbh.
The quality of football is average at best.
I dont think I'll be watching many more games unless it's my team.
so why did not var get involved in the goal, have not heard the answer yet, surely they check everything else so why doesnt it happen automatically ?

Delighted it’s back. More controversy, more talking points and some really nice football from City.
I even liked the crowd noises. As for the fan cams - no thanks.
It was embarrassing sadly and was always going to be.
The final positions decided by these games will not be a true reflection of the season apart from
Liverpool being champions,
It’s the same for everyone though, and if the season wasn’t resolved how could we possibly have started next season?
The same way everything else has been decided below the two top leagues?
At least the whole season would be probably be played under the same rules from start to finish?

This is how the season is being finished, probably not worth wasting anymore more time figuring out alternative ways, its decided, i think the impact on results will be minimal, Villa V Sheff is very easy to see a draw happening, and City were always gonna beat Arsenal
The football for City’s third goal was excellent
Cringe fest is how id describe. I love football and wanted to watch it to escape the last 2-16 weeks dominated by covid 19, useless and BLM, yet last nights game were effectively testimonials to both, it wasn't football last night, felt like memorial friendlies.
Lol some people love to moan about anything
Thought it was pretty dull overall. Enjoyed seeing Arsenal get pasted but generally it's all very flat.

Michael Oliver put his fitbit on instead by mistake apparently
It was great to have it back tbh
Obviously not the same I thought the games were pretty boring but it is better than nothing.
Honestly i think the crowd at games actually helps hide just how dull many matches are rather than the absence of a crowd being the main reason for a dull match, i love football but i cant tell you how many games i abandon watching evey season after the first half because they bored me
