Had problems a few years now. Tried almost everything. Comes and goes. I'd say one decent night in the last 2 weeks? Don't get that tired during the day though. Live on just an hour or two.

Another age thing for the young team on here to look forward to?

Never had a problem with it. Sleep problens are strictly for weirdos.

Can put my head down and sleep any time or place but also get by easy on 5-6 hours a night.

The result of a clear conscience, a solid work ethic and minimal alchohol intake.

A mixture of the weather, season/light early and late. Outside till 11 at night and it's still bright, the body thinks it's 4pm.

Touché!

Thought I’d be over last night. Played my first ‘round’ this year. One of my alky mates is furloughed, bored and asked to play his first round in 7 years. He can barely walk to the pub.

I turn up and the fat bassa has got two knee supports on. What happened. Was swinging the club in the back garden says he. You shouldn’t have overdone it. It was my first swing!

Anyway, nice to play with someone losing more balls than yourself . Managed 14 before he packed it in.

It's not lack of sleep that's been the issue the past week.. more I can barely keep my eyes open, and just feel drained of energy

It's said insomnia and anxiety go hand in hand. I expect a lot of people who are stuck at home will be worried about job security, money, work loads piling up etc. And that's all before the risk of contracting the infection. Is it any wonder some of us are getting kept up at night?

Only problem I’m having with it is I’m not getting enough, because of the furlough scheme half of our workforce is off, so those of us still there are working 50-60 hour weeks with 6 o’clock start everyday

I’m like a zombie most of the time now

Sleeping like a log. Can even get away with a wee forty winks during the day too.

I reckon I am 5 years away from taking up golf. Played a bit a few years back and take part in the occassional charity game but I am not particularly good. If I play regular I'll get to about a 20 within a few months.

It may be my thing once I can't go watch Call Sign Jnr 1 play football and Call Sign Jnr 2 play waterpolo

WaterpoloLivesMatters

Yeah he hates football and tried a few other things. His friends dad runs the team so went along and loved it. He is a very strong swimmer having been in a swimming club for a while so he took to it quite well. It's a very niche sport but coincidentally my cousin played for Scotland many years ago.

All good - find yer thing.

Mate's kid was finding the swimming a hassle - times & crossing the city etc. so they said go try rowing.

They had to check the machine calibration as she set a new age record for pull strength! Sent to team GB training & earmarked for Olympics. Boats cost a fortune right enough.

I used to watch the rowing club go by from my old office.

My youngest just didn't enjoy the pressure every single session to get PB's and what not. He was 9/10 and wanted to have fun but it was very strict end to end swimming with no room for fun.

It is a really well run club but just not the right atmosphere for Jnr.

Waterpolo was sold to him as swimming with wrestling. He loves it
