Actually they weren't far wrong. You would have expected half a million people out in the streets in normal times but it was under 2000. Of course there was always going to be a small portion that ignored the warnings from the club and SoS.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Liverpool`s population is only 502,000, and half the city support Everton, and lots couldn`t care less about football, so no way were half a million going to be on the streets. That amount on the streets only happens in big cities like London.
20,000 at best would have turned out.

Nah, he warned about what would happen, and your supporters groups thought it good to have a go at him. Solely on the idiotic Liverpool supporters this one. Although I doubt most have ever been to a game in their lives.

this title is crippling poor old sandy and his little bitter gang
So because Liverpool have won the Prem Spurs supporters are wrong and bitter to point out that their fans should not be breaking the social distancing rules during a pandemic. Potentially killing people.
How dare we question our betters.
Its this sense of entitlement that makes their supporters so unique and repulsive.

“Kenny D was interviewed (not surprisingly) on Sky and BBC yesterday yet neither took the opportunity to ask him about how he now feels regarding the clubs support for Suarez?“
I fear for the health of the Spurs fans on here. Especially Sandy who is 75 years old and is in the risk category.

Yeah they’re going to interrupt a celebratory interview to ask that. What planet do you live on?
Spurs fans on here are funny.
It’s pretty clear that the jealousy coming from the knowledge that their own clubs can’t get anywhere near the quality of Liverpool this season, that all that is left To them is to have a pop at the fans instead.
Easy target when a 2-3k crowd went out and celebrated (even though they shouldn’t) I don’t see the comparison between hundreds of thousand on beaches, many more at raves and planet more at protest marches. Strange that. Bit of perspective needed here wouldn’t go amiss with a healthy dollop of magnanimous grace in acknowledging excellent champions.
