Last time we beat Man City was in the FA cup semi final 2017, let's hope we can do it again. The annoying thing is this season they haven't been sensational like they were in the last 2 seasons, Man United did the double over them, Wolves did the double over them, Spurs took 4 points off them and Chelsea beat them once. Yet we have played awful against them and lost 3-0 home and away. I really hope we can play a lot better and stun them!

City on Paper have the best team in the league. It's just that they don't show up all the team. However, they have been scoring for fun lately and with our weak mf and pathetic defence, I'm struggling to see how we will get a win.
Yes we drew at the Emirates but we were lucky to get the draw that day
Still not sure why you support Arsenal and bother with football as a whole Castor. You are better off walking away you miserable priiick. You dont get the emotion of football at all. Just a boring old broken record.

I remember thinking the exact same thing in 2017 but we did it. however our team is worse since then so hard to be overly positive at this stage. I think if we don’t have huge defensive brain farts we can make a decent game of it. Even with our pretty crap team we have enough quality up top to cause them problems. Just hope we don’t totally hand them the game again, if we lose it should be because they simply have better quality than us, not that we make 3 glaring errors

More chance I'll become Ozil's biggest fan than there is of Castor actually being happy about an Arsenal win
Our record against City is truly pathetic. We always give away comedy goals. Must be funny for their players playing us, their easiest game of the season
However before David Luiz we were actually fairly even and perhaps Arteta has the beating of pep in a competition where Pep will be prioritising champions league? I have a little more hope than normal
Our biggest problem lie in the midfield, an area where City appear to be strongest.
I mean Fernandinho even at 40 will still be better than anything we have in our books right now.
Can’t see us progressing but hope we salvage some pride by putting up a decent challenge.
If only we hadn't let our best midfielder and big game player go to Juventus on a free.
City have been treating us like some sort of championship team over the last 7 games.
The games have been so one sided
As long as its a hard fought game and not the customary 3-0 to City. They are light years ahead of us but as stated above, we need to show some fight and pride
