If memory serves me right there's 4 outfield players who haven't played any minutes since project restart Batshuayi, Emerson, Jorginho and Tomori and apart from Tomori they're all fit.
I do think we have either accepted or are in deep negotiations with Juventus over the transfer of Emerson and Jorginho and they want to keep it quiet. As for Batshuayi I think we all know that he has no future at us and trying to find a buyer for him.
Jorginho is an interesting one...something is not right between him and Frank, does make sense to sell If we are signing Havertz and obviously Frank has trust in Gilmour and favors him over Jorginho at the moment.
I'd move on Barkley while his stock is at highest right now.
Emerson played full-match against Leicester in FA CUP, likely to be offloaded in the summer window.
Batshuayi have been frozen out, days are numbered as well.
*Batshuayi has been frozen out
If someone told me a fit Jorginho would play ZERO minutes, I would call them crazy.
Unthinkable.
Especially the way Frank had talked about Jorginho pre-shutdown, would have thought he'd play a key (rotational) role in remaining matches.
Maybe the unnecessary and subsequent suspensions rubbed Frank up the wrong way, speculating.

His possible release (and maybe Barkley) could be good news for Conor Gallagher at a time where he's making a name for him self and apparently attracting attention from elsewhere!
With regard to Jorginho, I think the emergence of Gilmour as a promising talent has maybe, made the club more receptive to the idea of letting him go.
It is strange. IMO Jorginho should have played against West Ham - just to give us a little more quality in possession. He could have made the difference because we did a "Chelsea" in that match - all the possession, all the chances ... but we managed to lose somehow. He is very slow but technically he's our best player in that deep playmaker role.
Frank may well still throw this into a cocked hat & start Jorghinho v Palace, as well as RLC & CHO
It is a bit suspicious. I can understand Gilmour getting his deep spot in the 433 (sort of Kante but less convinced), and not playing him at all in 4231 which we've done since the restart, but no minutes at all is strange, contradicts Lampard's consistent rotation all season.
I didn't believed the Juventus rumors until the Arthur/Pjanic swap, now there's a vacancy he can fill in their squad so there might be substance to it.
