Micheal Oliver is incredibly liverpool biased though. but that goes for all refs since the PL pretty much made it an official mandate that they win the league this year.

There was actually a mandate for Pool to win it last year also, but City were just too good for even the officials to haul them in.

I think judging by decisions that have gone for Spurs there was a mandate for them to win it. So for them to be actually fighting to finish in the top half it shows how poor they've been.
