Have you seen AWB tonight? We have absolute feck all threat from the right hand side. Sancho should be the first name on the transfer list.
Is there a top quality CB available of the same quality as Sancho?
Nah right side is a shambles, Sancho or similar is a must
Lingard came on for one of our front 3, we defo need Sancho.
Chuck 100mill at varane and hope rm have a brian freeze
We’ve the joint 2nd best defensive record in the league. Our CB’s are adequate.
I wouldn’t prioritise it this summer and hopefully Tuanzebe can get over his injuries.
With a top RW we should kill teams off better, thus inviting less pressure on our defence.

If we spend £100m on Sancho we probably won't have the money to spend on Varane.
Let him stay at RM and we'll take a punt on Brian Freeze.

Never really been convinced by Brian Freeze myself
tbh, i thought Lindelof and Maguire had a good game again... they we're not that well protected with McT instead of Matic, but tidied up most of what was coming at them.
Maybe i;m naive, but i'm still holding out some hope for Tuanzebe to get a good run
Brian Freeze to partner the Iceman in defence?
No, We need a winger, Jesus Christ, Stop being reactionary.
We could sign VVD and Koulibaly in the summer but I still don’t think we’re winning a league if our back up in attack is Lingard and James.

Wouldn't want VVD anyway. All fur coat and no knickers. He's a poor man's Matip.

It’s not reactionary. Since the return I personally feel we look vulnerable at the back and are able to score goals pretty freely.
Our existing front 3 is going great, but I don’t rate any of Maguire CB partners personally. They’re ok, but that’s about it
We’ll win more football matches by signing Sancho than we will if we sign a cb.
What would SAF do?

the real question is what would brian boitano do?
as for the OP, the club must be hoping that tuanzebe is having injury problems, but isn't a permacrock. so a good chance that we already have lindelof's replacement in the squad (not personally sure lindelof needs replacing myself).
but we know who our backup forwards are, and injured or not, they simply aren't good enough. so whether we drop £100m on sancho or not, i'll be amazed if we aren't prioritising forward players this summer.
And if we don’t, we’ll end up running Rashford and Martial into the ground. I don’t think that’s something Ole wants to do with Greenwood either. Managing his games will be important for his progress. And as good as he is, he hasn’t solved the creative issues we have on the right hand side, and he shouldn’t be expected to.

Jesus Christ has a *lot* of fanboys, and you’re right, he’s been the guy we’ve all been talking about for 2,000 years or so.
He might be new to the discussion, and call me a reactionary if you will, but when the heat is on in those pressure situations, you’d expect Brian Freeze to be the guy to keep his cool.
I’m just not sure about Jesus’s work rate either. He’ll put a bit of a shift in, then he’ll open his gob and get crucified by the boss and go missing for a while. Then he’s back again. Then nobody is really sure where he is. “Did Jesus come to training today?” “He called up and said he was literally everywhere, but I didn’t see him when we were doing the shuttle runs...” etc.
Brian Freeze will literally stop defenders in their tracks. He’ll confuse and upset them. He’ll sit them on their backsides and make them wish they’d never heard the words rabona or calippo.
