Also mane was tugged back few times before that anyway so free kick either way take ur pick which.
It was never a foul by Kovacic, ref should have called it back to the earlier foul on Mane.
I think Klopp was out of order, he should have apologised to Lampard and not defended his assistant.

If that's the law then it needs changing otherwise football stops becoming something it's always been - a contact sport.
