Your mother's poosy juice.

That was a tad unfair

The old man dropped off a heap of dark fruit cider earlier that he was given for cutting some of the neighbours' grass (he's 83) so making my way through that. Tasty stuff but Christ it's triggered my heartburn.

I'd drink shoe polish.

2nd blood test done in as many weeks.

Gout, kidney pain, chest pain, Abnormal Liver function, low phosphates, high blood sugar and high blood pressure.

I've now not had a drink in two weeks. Gonna have to take two months off it.

In fairness I've drunk at least a bottle of wine a night every day for the last year. So chickens probably start to roost at some point.

Next blood results due Tuesday.

Last set wasn't horrendous.

Spent about £100 on four wines last weekend too. Two sancerre, a waterkloof and pulenta estate.

Just gonna have to look at them for now.

Dark fruit cider I meant not some poor woman’s bat cave juice

I like a beer or a mint Russian

I’m a bore and usually stick to tennents or coors light or something of that ilk again

Off it again for another few months though. Decided to get sheg faces when the pubs reopened on Wednesday and was an an anxiety ridden, depressed wreck for 4 days.

Unfortunately after I get that buzz, I struggle to say no

Sad news

Fooksake, hope everything goes ok. Without obviously meaning any disrespect, does the above not make you think that you need to officially call it a day with it.

FFS A1, catch. Grip. Do what I do. Week off it, 25 beers and a couple of whiskeys on a Saturday. Off it for another week.

Anyway, couple of Guinness for me tonight. Tomorrow gonna start off with some Guinness, go on to Heineken then Jamisons. That's the plan anyway.

Hmmm, I do drink at least a bottle of wine every day also. However, mine is (technically) home made. I pay for it at a shop and they make it. Its much cheaper for good quality wine, but importantly does not have the same preservatives and tannins of commercially made vino...ergo, better or at least, not as bad for you

My wife is from a winemaking country. In fact it was reportedly invented there. Her uncle has vineyards and produces his own wine. Outstanding stuff. But yeah summer he basically drinks once a week and winter everyday as he can't work on the vineyards. He has barrels of the stuff to do him over winter.
