If Arsenal are willing to offer him a contract until he's 35 then he should definitely take it I'd say. Doesn't mean we should though.

Can’t think for a minute that the player or the club would go for a loan move.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Why? Not up to the player. Still 19 I think and we have pulisic, Werner, ziyech and potentially still Willian. And mount can also play wide
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I think he needs to stay with us. Playing to his potential he could be a very potent weapon!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I’m not swayed either way mate just think it’s the only way he will guarantee to start each week. No chance of that next year

Big stumbling block is his wages, we'd have to offer a 50-50 split or possibly less, but the club must have thought about it.
The player no-one knows. He was ready to uproot his life to go to Germany 18 months ago so it's possible he'll be up for it.

I think he’s too far advanced and given the the trouble Chelsea went to in order to keep him, I just don’t think it’s likely.
The player’s opinion will be taken into account.
I’m not saying it would happen but I think Atleast imo it would be perfect scenario, after a couple injuries the guy needs minutes. If palace sell Zaha it would be a good deal for them for example. Kind of putting my football manager spin on it from when I was 15

Well yes, getting a £120k per week player on loan would be a great deal!
Not sure Chelsea’s owners would see it that way, mind.

He may earn the amount but we all know he’s not a 120k a week player really, he’s still barely kicked a ball for us

Still though, it’d be a tough argument to put to the club - putting a guy on that much money out on loan.
And as I say, I suspect it would badly damage relations with the player.
Far more likely to see him beginning to integrate into the team if he improves next season imo.
Signing Willian would be a poor signing for Arsenal. Their wage bill is already facked, last thing they need is an old player, on big money, that doesn’t contribute enough to justify the wages.
Doubt Chelsea would care that much about having him out on loan because of his wages if it benefits him and the club to get regular game time.

Just imagine if they have to offload Auba & Willian comes in to placate it? Banter FC in full effect
But it’s stretching their resources for a player they don’t really need. They don’t necessarily need an experienced head to steer the youngsters - it’s not like they’ve actually got that many that will be regular starters in the premier league - they need midfielders that are fit to wear the Arsenal shirt.

Saka is the only regular starter in the league of those players, and he’s started 19 games. They others might get a lot of games if they are in Europe, if not then a few may not even be at the club.
They desperately need to sort their midfield out. And they may yet need a striker depending on the situation with Lacazette and Auba.
Signing a 32 year old winger doesn’t sound like good business for a club strapped for cash with a bloated wage bill.
Though they’ll probably do it as Kia Joorabchin is mates with their director of football.
