He should have moved earlier in terms of winning things. I can't see him playing under Pep, not at all his kind of player imo, so I reckon he'll stay where he is.

I'd be seriously worried if City sign him. There's still a deadly finisher there even if he hasn't looked quite as good the last 2 seasons. Chances handed to him on a plate at City.

I think now that he’s dropping deeper for spurs he’d be good for Liverpool. His link up play has improved over the years.

He would cost comfortably more than Bale, especially if to another PL team.
Kane still has 4 years left on his contract, cant see any offers being listened to for him yet.
Next season could be his last though, it would take around £150-200m for him though with Levy though regardless of how much he is 'worth'. And you mention the Covid thing bringing is value down, spurs dont have to sell yet desperately, but Covid will also mean other clubs will be reluctant to risk the hefty investment.
If clubs arent willing to break transfer records for him, unless he kicks up a fuss wanting to leave, then he will probably go deeper into his contract by the time he will be in his 30s and win some titles later in his career.

Wouldn’t be surprised if he ends up at City or United next summer.
Can only see him going abroad atm if he wants to leave Spurs.
Some of you are missing one of the points though Jose wants to spend spend spend and the way Levy works players fund transfers. I expect at least £120m going up to £150m if he can get it.
