It wasn't a foul on Pedro, Pepe took the ball.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
yeah after smacking into Pedros back?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No, watch it again, he gets his long legs around Pedro and wins the ball, no foul whatsoever, correct decision.

Only just seen the pictures of the handball outside the box.
What the fack is VAR doing, seriously?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
They showed this live on BBC and his hands were clearly inside the box, any images you are seeing have been doctored.
Arsenal deserved it but Taylor had a shocker 2nd half. The quality of officiating in this league if thats the best we've got to offer a 2nd FA cup final is worrying.

Not sure how technically accurate it is but the footage is in the link above.
Thanks Winston, pictures I’ve seen must have been doctored as someone mentioned. Sad caants to do that
Right hand clearly in the box at all times it is in contact with the ball. His left hand may have handballed it.

The worrying thing is the others aren’t any better though. Such a shame that one of best league in the world is being let down by crap referees.

ive seen it, he fouls pedro well before he touches the ball. clearly gone through the back of a player to get the ball.
Anyway like i said, Arsenal deserved to win, better team on the day. Awful officiating 2nd half for me tho.

Funny though, imagine how many Chelsea fans are looking at it seething tonight!
He didn't go through the back of him though, he went around him (with his legs).
Honestly, on first viewing live I thought it was a definite foul but the replay from the other angle showed otherwise.
When it's not your day it's not your day and I even felt a little sorry today for Chelsea, after the first 5 minutes things just got gradually worse for them and what proceeded were a string of errors and an unbelievable amount of injuries, as soon as Pulisic went off injured I felt a lot more confident about our chances but again, a little bit sorry for him given that he was Chelsea's best player. I can't feel too bad for them though after Baku.
Terrible referee, picked up bad habits as a regular at Old Trafford when he was a kid.
Hard to fault the referee performance today in honesty. He went in with clear instructions to wrap the season up for the six club cartel and did it brilliantly

Appreciate it’s only a minority of fans but this sort of reaction is extreme.
Largely right decisions. The second yellow doesn't look bad as a photo, but the trajectory of the challenge was clearly a stamp, which is dangerous and a reasonable yellow.
Martinez didn't handball it, unless you're looking at a doctored photo.
The penalty was in the box.
Of the three biggest decisions, only one is even debatable.

Exactly, poor Anthony Taylor - he actually had a good game... It's not his fault Chelsea collapsed under the pressure and they couldn't handle Auba.
Honestly, this is just not a game to complain about the referee, he was pretty fair and consistent throughout.
And believe us, we know bad refereeing performances, we are on the receiving end of them more than any other club, every league match it's the toss of a coin whether the ref will try and cheat us out of points. This was not one of those AT ALL.

Chelsea have the right to moan about their bad luck regarding injuries. Awful to lose so many to serious ones in a final.
What actually occurred is that there were several close calls that you might have felt could have been called differently on another day. If they had been called differently they would have been wrong, but that doesn't seem relevant to a lot of Chelsea fans.
