He should be slated for the accidental pun.

Would like to see something similar against St Boo at home. We don't need two sitting midfielders and that kind of personnel would allow us to be more flexible. 4-4-2/4-2-3-1/4-3-3 at various stages of the game depending on the situation.

That being said I can't see it being changed too much, probably have Itten starting as he should be more match fit than Roofe.

Morelos will definitely start against Bayer - the 2 new lads will either be ineligible or not ready. He's a hardy player so can't see him getting injured.

It really is a free hit against Bayer; I expect them to do a number on us but you never know - if we score first then they could get jittery but I doubt it.

Would like to see Roofe start on the right with Itten up top on his own and Kent on the left against St Mirren.

Delighted with transfer business so far. Now sell Morelos for £15m+ and that pays for all incomings, incl. Zungu

Now, what would excite me almost as much as incoming transfers, would be getting shot of 3 or 4 of McRorie, Docherty, Jones, Middleton. Doesn't look like they are close to our first 11, maybe not even our match-day squad of 20. Raise a few quid, and free up some wages

Expect Jones to leave. If we can get a good few for Docherty should sell. McRorie aagree too but Middleton I’d still give a crack

Murphy, Jones, Docherty, Ross McCrorie and Middleton leaving would probably be best for everyone. I don't think any will be anything more than emergency backups this season.

But so far the business done in the window is looking good.
