Ajeti went to West Ham for about £8m. He may not have done well there but not many do.
Hes certainly much higher profile than Itten who has just signed for Rangers for not very much.

Happy we got this over the line and especially since it's a permanent deal, I can never fully embrace loan players coz the better the do the harder it is to keep them.

Watching his Youtube highlights i'm pleased to see he gets quite a few headers, we can be very predictable with all the cut backs and low crosses so it's good to have some variation.

Maybe a good comparison would be the goalscoring records of Ajeti and Itten players in their final full season in Swiss football?

Transfer fees don't always tell you the full story.

After all Ollie Burke went to West Brom for £15m. If transfer fees were the be all and end all then Ajeti going to West Ham for £8m would roughly make him half as good as Ollie Burke

Im quite prepared to concede that either or both might be good or rubbish. That wasn't the point puyol was making though. That was more about their relative reputations and having a Heed type dig at opposing fans.
