Think Leeds finish will depend on what happens in the transfer market from now until Oct... anywhere above 17th is a success
With Bielsa's track record you can see Leeds being this years Sheffield United, especially if they sign a clinical striker and someone like Conor Gallagher.
Top 2 will be the same but Chelsea a potential dark horse as they have great depth to challenge closer (not win) which will be even more at play now given the unprecedented fixture congestion. United will make the last top 4 spot if they sign Sancho else they're in a battle with Arsenal and (if they keep their star men) Wolves. Mourinho will prioritize Europa like he did for United as Spurs don't have the depth to fight on two fronts, unless a big name drops from the group stage he'll see that as the best possible route back to CL. Ancelotti and Everton will complete the top 8.
Relegation is the easiest to predict for quite some time, Fulham, Villa and Newcastle.
Interesting predictions for Sheff Utd & Wolves? Reasons for this?

"Newcastle won't go down if they keep their current squad. Not a chance."
They were crap all last season and overpeformed their XP total by 12. That isn't sustainable and ill be very surprised if results don't catch up with them this time round.

You can laugh all you want but it's a good foreshadower.
For example, last year it shown Spurs and Arsenal were punching well above their weight and look what has happened to them this year now their results reverted to the medium.
No way are Newcastle going down

marked.
Liverpool/city for title, cant really split them. Chelsea id expect to be 3rd with united 4th.
Spurs have the quality in manager but its just whether they loosen the purse strings to allow them to improve. Arsenal, despite their fa cup win, are a million miles away.
Fancy everton to get a bit closer to the top 6 this year finally.
City
Liverpool
Chelsea
After that idk
I don’t think Leeds will get relegated but all this expectation of a top 10 finish is laughable tbh
Ignore the name of the club and look at the actual squad.
