Looks like we terminated Mkhitaryan's contract..allowing him to go to Roma permanently. Apparently we save 12-13mby doing this. I am surprised we could not get even 5 million quid for the guy. But getting the 180k off the wage bill was necessary
Just seen the news re Mkhi which is fantastic and what I was hoping the club would do (but was told by numerous people on here would never happen). Hoping we can do something similar with Ozil next.
Ozil is just being the he's born to be. I don't get what he's playing at. Why on earth would you want to be difficult and stay at a club where you aren't going to play and all your teammates hate you. Not to mention that by this point, he could also well end up getting his ass kicked (or worse) by an angry gooner. Amazed it hasn't happened already actually, N.London gone soft these days? Or has he borrowed some Erdagoons to watch over him when he goes out (doubt Kol has his back anymore).
We should have just bought Dani outright already. Gonna bite us in the ass next season because Real are going to recall him after a season starting for us. Missed opportunity.

Just seen the news re Mkhi which is fantastic and what I was hoping the club would do (but was told by numerous people on here would never happen). Hoping we can do something similar with Ozil next.

Its easier to get someone to pay £12m to get a contract release than £18m I suppose.
Although the rumours are that Al-Nassr will pay him £15m to join them. Thats much more than he earns here because there is no 40% tax rate.
But he has want to go. The thing abt London is that no one really wants to leave once you live here.
Lovely news. He's one of us and very close to reaching the next level as a player. Reckon he'll stay with us past this next year.

I don't think roma could afford it, was good of the club to allow it as they could have held on i guess, doesn't hurt showing some good faith to aubas mate either
