It’s what he didn’t do… the RB was running in for a TD, and is running towards Pickens direction, so instead of going in for a block, he just stands there and let 3 defensive players take out RB and stop him short.
He even jumped out the way as he saw the players coming towards him.

Then after the game, Pickens had the cheek to say, ‘I wasn’t about to injured like Tank Dell, and avoided that for my safety’
His teammate replied, that if it was the other way round I would’ve blocked for him, but that says it all really, he was only thinking about himself.

Then Tomlin, at first said, he’s young and will learn.
But then said, he won’t play at the weekend.

It was a disgrace.
