Good news, hopefully we can get Gini to agree a new deal. Still seems likely he goes next summer however.

Looks like we will lose him for nothing next year then, 25m? great signing and servant for us. Won't begrudge him final big pay day end of his career and will wish him all the best.

we may still offer him a contract extension, this doesn't automatically mean we lose him for free next year.

that said, if there is no new offer, or he chooses not to sign it, i reckon he's earned the right to choose his next club and take big signing on fee from them.

well, that was blatantly a reference to supposed intentions of barca or real wanting to sign mane or salah, which have both been written about with glee by the press and by many opposition fans on here during the close season. which was alluded to quite obviously in the preceding paragraph.
so, either you can't see the obvious, or you wilfully and deliberately ignore the obvious. neither of which is a great trait to have....
