But isnt handball handball? He controlled it with his arm. The rule is a fecking mess. Not deliberate, not arm hanging out there but the fact is he controlled it with his arm. Seen pens given for less this season.

No. It was unintentional. Unintentional handball will only be called if it directly assisted or scored. Which I think is fair.
