Because he's making out that Klopp is simply a messiah, which he isn't. No doubt he's a top manager but he's had some truly shocking results in big matches. That should be addressed.

"big 6" is a difficult thing.

It is interesting that city under pepe have fallen off that standard where they were unstoppable for two years and its reflected in how many losses in these games.

As for the wum effort. D- (for effort Culer as you managed to list games) the issue is it points to games that were actually irrelevant to actual success e.g. barca, napoilo, utd.

As the man says if you have to go back to seville to wum or being in a CL final or a league cup final its pretty much impossble to score a point.

2 major titles in 2 years having built a side is by "normal" standards very good indeed.

sadly plastics judge football by FM standards where city or cheslea spend and spend and win and win while others (i hate to spurs bash so will leave it with others) win very little.

This is why arsenal fans are grumpy yet have 4 fa cups which is brilliant really.

the nice thing is that the OP is right, big games are big point swings and set you up for success. you can't always achieve the final success but being in the position consistently should never be taken for granted.

Like you have to give utd credit there for losing so few of their top 6 games despite being fairly poor at times. it does show they know what they are about.

I think the improvements some sides have made are large, but some sides look off the preparation levels thus far. To be honest LFC have a nice flow now of games to get to city on the 7th of november. Everton in there but also villa, villa and sheff utd who are decent outfits but games to be won.

Once that city away match (behind closed doors) is done things might look quite ominous for the rest. we will see though. Everton and Leicester are in good positions right now in terms of preparedness.

I hope people have looked ahead to christmas. LFc's biggest hurdle is group phase CL, the christmas fixture list is looking better than some so again sides need to start taking points off LFC now or it will be a stream roller.

Giroud scored to make it a 1-0 win for Chelsea.to take them 3 points behind you with a game in hand.

Look at the table there. Spurs were 1 point behind you with a game in hand too. So that result actually meant that a top 4 finish was virtually out of your hands. You just got lucky that Chelsea didn't win their last 2.

How are they truly shocking? Most the time hes the underdog ffs. You dont half talk some sheite 😂😂. Out of all you mentioned probably only Napoli and Southampton we were favourites. Even still Napoli were a good side with a good manager.

Even Sevilla won back to back europas were 3rd in la liga we finished 6th or something that year?

Sandy + Billy?

the achievements of klopp in developing his side are being retrospectively pee'd on here.

His total of 76 points in his first full season was the highest ever required to achieve 4th.

His total of 75 points the following season with the CL run was good consistency but most of all it was 5 points clear of cheslea plus only 2 behind spurs for 3rd.

The use of these improvements in first getting CL football and then not only playing in it but getting to final plus taking on those extra games and still being consistent in the league to deliver 4th again lead directly to the ability to invest even more.

the consistency of bringing on players and improving standards is an evolution. This is not FM.

to go then with additions to achieve 97 points and then 99 points shows again consistency and drive as well as a step change in performance.

Its no coincidence that adding robertson and fabinho as well as moving firmino to CF are all big stes forward.

Getting in allison and vvd were the cherry on top.

In breaking through in his ifrst full seaosn on76 points klopp enables the funding to improve further and each time he gets the decision right.

GENIUS
