At this stage it’s about a lot more than a trophy cabinet.
Absolutely! Finally a real fan who thinks about the future and not the past.
Ole is back and Ole is good
Poch: competence and competitive he is.
Ole is not fit for the United job. He is practically useless
A new manager won’t do a thing.
Problems are higher up. Fans who actually have any sort of understanding of the club realise this.
And before you go on a rant about Ole, he inherited a shiiitshow from Mourinho and hit his target of CL qualification last year playing the best footy we’ve seen since SAF left.
The club (as they have done for the past 7 years) have let the manager down this summer.
Anyone calling for oles head when we have the worst structure in football is a ducking donkey. Ed, Judge and the Glazers. The buck stops with them because in 2 years you clowns will be calling for Pochettinos head.
I said it before and was slated by UNited fans. Where di Ole get experience from to manage a big team like United??
FFs, he is out of depth!

Poch would be our fifth manager in 7 years, maybe just maybe the issues at the top need to get fixed first. Honestly, how the Ed and Glazers are still at this club after the complete fack up they've lumped on us is a travesty.

Poch would 100% get more out of your squad. Tactically and mentally.

It’s a weird group hypnosis that thinks otherwise.

Good because there nothing in poch’s
Poch would sort you out pretty quickly. Would be very worried if you got him in.
Sentiment is the only reason Ole is still in a job.
I don't want Ed doing anything for our club. He should jog on too

He scored the winner for United in a European Cup final. That was obviously important criteria for being hired as manager

Does the owners or Ed, Pick the team, set up the formations. Pick what subs come on, Take the training sessions ect.. If he wasn’t an ex Man Utd player he be sacked tomorrow.
Would Nobb have posted this if Jose was in charge?
In all seriousness, Ole needs to sort out the organisation of that defence.

And it’s posts like this that really hammer it home.
When an opposition fan wants you to keep a manager, you’re in trouble.
Think how you felt when Roy Hodgson bought a bunch of journeymen for Liverpool and had them weighted down the table.
It was fantastic.
That’s how they feel right now.

In a season and half, the same morons calling for Oles head would be calling for Pochs’, labelling him “not a winner” and “clueless”.
That’s the problem. The club is not set up in a way that allows a manger to succeed. The ownership and organisational structure is simply not fit for purpose.
