To be fair, they're saying how Solskjaer won't leave out big players but Lindelof was benched today because Bailly had shown better form so far this season. And we know Ole in the changing room isn't the nice guy we see on camera. It's pretty funny that they were saying Ole won't say "one more mistake and you're out", when there is literally a video of him saying it at the Etihad last season.
I'm not saying that last season was some kind of coaching masterclass and that we should celebrate third - far from it. But it's like people have forgotten last season happened at all and after three games Solskjaer is "lost" and doesn't have the player on his side. Not sure that's the case at all.
If anyone wants to cite Andy Gray as their reference then I think there are some questions to ask about their credibility.

ha, he made some decent points, but then says we need a big personality to manage the club, before saying that the club chewed up and spat out jose (one of the biggest personalities in world football).
so if big personalities like lvg and jose can't succeed - and both of them were quite scathing about the hierarchy at the club afterwards - then who can?

Andy Gray is still the sort of guy who would question Wenger’s personality and strength of character... he’s an out of date, overly simplistic has been.

It does show there’s been a lack of personality on the pitch.
As much as I loath the man, Mourinho was the person that should have taken over from Fergie if you wanted to maintain that mentality in the squad that we had, even if the players were ageing.
The way we’ve gone about rebuilding that squad has been completely haphazard.

Agree on both points - Mourinho would have had a better chance after Ferguson as his ego would have meant he didn't feel he was in anyone's shadow. He wasn't quite so jaded then either. And we definitely lack leadership on the pitch. Rooney used to provide some of that even towards the end.

But seriously. Manchester United’s failure to acquire Klopp will gone down as one of the biggest fack ups in our history.
