If he brings in winners who have that hunger like Cavani, Telles and maybe Sancho/Dembele then the entire season looks different.
A lot of what is happening is down to mentality, but the two who are all but confirmed change that.
Would rather re-sign Depay at 30m than Sancho at 120m

Ole has changed the mentality as best he can with the players he has. The results speak for themselves with OGS, he's proven he is a good manager.
He now needs a Cantona figure like Cavani to give that bit more to the dressing room. Telles too is a winner and can help improve the defence.

Evra hit the nail on the head. We don't have any leaders. I'd hope that Maguire would bring more leadership than he has, but it doesn't instill confidence when your supposed brute of a CB captain dithers and gets outmuscled in the penalty area. Whoever we replace Matic with in the future must be someone with leadership qualities - ideally someone who will take the captains armband. I'd personally give McT a try there to see what he can do. Out of everyone in the squad, I'd say that he is the one that has the ability to be captain.

I can't disagree more with this. United have more than a few leaders on the pitch:
Bruno
Maguire
Matic
Rashford
Pogba
McTominay and Matic strike me as the only ones that look captain material.
Maybe Bruno but he went a little OTT on the criticism of others during matches last season.

Bruno is the only one I can agree with.
Rashford leads by example, but isn't an organiser. We need someone in the middle of the park telling people where they need to be and dishing out a bollocking. Some of the positioning yesterday was schoolboy stuff.
i do wonder how many of our issues at the back begin with the GK, some of our playing out is awful - giving the ball to players surrounded by the opposition, or with no decent options on - and the GK will always be the one with the best view of that, he'll always be facing in the right direction, and will always have the whole pitch ahead of him.
so a part of me is definitely curious as to whether our defensive organisation would generally improve if we had a more shouty GK out there - henderson for now, don't know who for the long term.
Ole is awful. If it wasn't for Bruno being played manager last season we would have likely finished 8th. Now he's been coached by ole he looks useless.

Watching yesterday's game I couldn't help but yearn for Schmeichel. Can you image the defence putting in such an abject display with him organising and shouting? That stupid goal where we were heading it around our own box - he'd have come and taken the ball and wiped out everyone in front of him in the process.
Ole spent 130 million on the defence and also organises them. He said himself you also should defend as a team. Leicester lost HM and look better, why? They have a manager who has a plan.
