Have we got rid of Bates yet or are we hoping he dies soon?
Links done work on my PC. What do they say? I assume we owed them money still when we were promoted within a set timeframe. They all still had fingers in the pie.
Looking at the 2019 accounts, there was a secured loan of £3.6M (notes 18/19) - so assume that this has now been paid off.
The charge was created in September 2016 in favour of GFH - so yes looks like the end of them.

The GFH years :
Luke Murphy
Scott Wootton
Brian McDermott
David Haigh in prison
Millions raped in consultency fees
and not forgetting they gave us 0 goals in 20 games NOEL HUNT.
Im actually more delighted about this news than signing new players.
I wish we had more information like this over the years so we could celebrate the last payment being made to kants like Terry Venables
an update on David Haigh........

Radz has done a really great job righting this ship.
When you see what a tangled web he was taking on, financially, it makes you realise what an amazing feat it was for Radz to extricate the club from its poisonous past. We love you Andrea - how could we ever have doubted you?

After Bates, GFH and Cellino, it was hard to trust anybody. Lorra. For a long time, I questioned Radz' intentions and I wasn't alone. The questions have been answered.

You’re right, Bates and Cellino made cynics of us all - for a good while, I had Radz down as another gold digger, asset stripper, call it what you will. Bielsa has brought the joy back but ultimately Radrizzani has to take the credit.
I read the title wrong, thought you'd meant they'd gone Bankrupt!.
A feckin shame they haven't!.
Gfh as with Bates and cellino we’re supported whilst they took the pee out of the club and fans.
The saddest is thing is that the football authorities allow, or find them powerless to stop, these utterly inappropriate owners taking charge.
It’s hard to believe we had Hockaday getting the players to sit in a river when you think of where we are now.
Hard to believe that we had the idiot Cellino brothers as directors of the club and the farcical situation with McDermott.
Our finances are not perfect and there needs to be clarity regarding ownership/rent for ER and how we are going to exit obligations for TA, but AR said goal was promotion, he delivered, we have works class manager and team that really is talk of the town.
We’ve come a long way baby!
