Heartbreaking to watch one of the rugby leagues greatest players suffer with this most terrible of diseases.
Must be so difficult for his family.

Father in law was lost to this about 7 years ago...& have a mate who I played golf with has a different type...less aggressive, got given 18 months, he's three years plus so far

Your thoughts go to Stephen Darby, husband of Ex-Leeds player and England Captain, Steph Houghton and of course Don when you watch these things.

Yeah tuned last night as the Mrs told me about it.

Expecting to watch a legend and instead got a bumbling sniggering pompous prat telling everyone its all everyone else's fault.

And one day he'll write a book about it and get millions - justice what justice?

Just to be clear Rob is a legend , our so called Prime is anything but.

The speed of deterioration is shocking.

The strength of his wife his parents, his kids is simply astonishing.

I always say something good comes from something bad but when you see this I find it very very hard to see how people can justify in there being a G-d.

How can anyone let this happen to someone if they had it in their power to prevent it?

very very shocking and sad.

a man at the peak of strength, power, and sporting prowess only 18 months ago.

utterly shocking, and very disturbing.

Jonty, you mention his wife and kids being strong, you don't know the half of it mate.. saw them out shopping not so long ago, Rob was practically being carried by his wife! - I can't tell you how heartbreaking it was to see that.

I found it very easy to watch and recommend it to everyone to watch if you can.
It's not just about Rob Burrows MND condition, it's about the kindness and caring of people around Rob, his family and friends, the gentleness of hardened rugby players...the spirit of human love and compassion, the common feeling of seeing the transitoriness of life....where does all this come from, the human kindness, what or where is the source?
At some point in the journey of life the vast majority of us will need that compassion, kindness and gentleness, known as the 'milk of human kindness'...
the generous spirit of human kind and by God do we need that these days.
As I say the prog was very easy for me to watch!

*** Rob's surname is Burrow not 'Burrows' as I keep calling him.
