since they are officials, have to be treated the same way and given the same respect. Not doing so undermines ALL officiating. Not to mention it's kinda disgusting. Woman's got the right to do her job without blokes touching her.

so all contact between players and officials is equally bad, or this is especially bad because it is a female official?

The linesman nor Aguero are not in danger of dying from Covid 19, and they've been tested. Problem?

In terms of not putting your hands on them like that, yes, you equally shouldn't be trying to drag one up. In terms of this specific case, I consider it worse on Aguero's part because I don't believe he'd have dragged a male official like that whilst arguing a call. ie he's only done that because she is a girl.

It's not so much the touch (though ya shouldn't do that), it's the clear drag round the bag of her neck. Makes me wonder what happens in his house, when he don't like something his missus says/does. Put it this way, if I was out with a female friend/relative, she got into a disagreement with a bloke and he pulled at her like that, I'd feckin knock him out. Dunno if you got a sister but you tellin me you'd stand for some bloke pulling at her neck like that in an argument? I don't know many blokes who would.

Either you're blind or you haven't seen the clip from behind her as he's doing it. He puts his hand high on her shoulder and just at the bottom of her neck and pulls her toward him. Then sharpish moves his hand down onto her back so it looks like he's just amicably putting his arm around. He forgot himself a minute then remembered cameras were on him.

Nope and I'd be saying the same if it'd been one of our players. Don't like blokes who think it's ok to bully/hit girls. They're punkasses who should get a good ass kickin' any time they do it.

I'm going to assume you're a decent bloke who doesn't smack his missus about. The problem is the exact same one you'd almost certainly have if out with your wife/gf (assuming you're straight too). You go to the loo and as you're walking back to her, you see she's arguing with some bloke and he drags at her like that.

You seriously going to tell me you wouldn't rock up and chin him for it?

Why because I think draggin' up a girl just because you disagree with her, unless you are a girl yourself. Is straight punkass and messed up?

Siam Massey is an experienced official and there is an argument to say she is the best Asst Ref in the league and if she felt there was anything untoward, she would have flagged for it.
Contrast this with the Cardiff player who deliberately took her out on the touchline in one of her first televised games. He changed his angle of running and dropped his shoulder into her back...it's on YouTube. Nothing was done.
This all smacks of the vendetta launched against Bernado Silva last season

Obviously something should have been done about the Cardiff player. And if I'd seen that and thought it deliberate, I'd have had something to say about that one too.

All I've said is he was blatantly in the wrong and should be held accountable. That isn't a "vendetta."
