Akin to the Basel match last night English clubs will do well if they respect all sides irrespective of which pony league they play in.

Both Arsenal and Utd know they breeze through group stages so a sense of complacency sets in. Sometimes you need the odd kick up the backside to wake you up.

How much did the kid cost? 12m? 15m? Could be some player one day.

Maybe starting him during an important Euro game is asking a bit too much from a young lad.

Ramsey, has to replace Rosicky in the middle to create something. I haven't seen much from him. he seems scared of the ball when it's passed to him. Gives it away to quickly. There's no creativity coming from him.

Ramsey is no better than Rosicky.

There is no doubt he is going to be a great player in the future. But i think it would have been better to have played a more experienced player for this type of match.
