Since everyone wrote our season off after the Everton game, and at the same time made them champions elect, of the 7 PL games played since, we have won five, cheated out of one, and gift wrapped the other.

In another situation, that could ( and should ) have been 7 straight wins.

Not a bad recovery, at a time when Everton are going backwards and not tipped by anyone now.

1-0's always count come the end. So other fans can scoff all they like, but these sort of wins are so important.

you've had a decent start, but 5 of your next 6 are vs chelsea, city, pool, leicester, and arsenal, so i'd hold fire on the celebrations for now.

Every game counts. No winner should be declared until every game has been played unless the maths confirm it, no matter how late those games are played. The democratic process is sacred.

Spurs beat half of those last season. So don`t see a problem. In fact the bigger the team, the better Spurs play.

Doesn’t make us the best. It’s too small a sample size of games imo

Couldn’t agree more! Let’s see what points are like after 19th December. Sandy getting ahead of himself.
Decent start and 3 hard earned points today.

Bennyville, I agree, you can only keep scoring goals late on for so long, sooner or later the opposition will score before Spurs. Spurs did miss a couple of really good chances, but in general, it was another very on/off display. No real cohesion. And they only seemed to come alive in the latter part of the game, for the most part they were all just ambling about.

Midfield is definitely the problem. No settled midfield three of any quality. We have had Winks, Sissoko at varying times, Lo Celso doesn`t seem to be holding down a regular spot. N`dombele I thought was off the pace to day, some things he was OK at, other parts of his game were poor. Only PEH looks like he is really on his game. Really need to get the middle of the park sorted out.
