Was quite funny that loads of liverpool and city fans swarmed all over Ole's quotes on the likes of twitter telling Ole to get over it and all clubs have schedule issues... then the next day their managers backed Ole up.

This is not a single club issue... All clubs should demand that TV rights are not the first and foremost priority.

You'd also think the TV companies would be smart enough to know that the further into competitions the British clubs go, the better their viewership will be.

Same with VAR, at least managers are happy to support each other in the main. Can be any club impacted by VAR, schedule etc.

“ This is not a single club issue... All clubs should demand that TV rights are not the first and foremost priority.”

It’s not a single club issue but he has certainly made it out that way with the authorities “setting us up for failure”. It happens to every other club playing in Europe. Happened to Chelsea last weekend and even yesterday Spurs kicked off at 12 after travelling to Bulgaria on a Thursday.

I guess if you are thick, that's how it sounded.

Anyone who read the full interview would be well aware that it was not a single club gripe and he was speaking about the situation as a whole.

Fook them they are paid well, i don't give a schit if they have sore legs.

We should schedule more games while fans are home bored, work the players into the ground for our entertainment. They prefer playing than training anyway.

Managers are always crying about it.

Uhhh what???

“Of course it is, because we were set up to fail.

I said to you before, I want to talk to you about the kick-off time, before the game, and this has set up the boys to fail.

We’ve got Luke Shaw injured today because we’ve been to Turkey, we’ve had loads of games this season already.

“And we’ve been to Turkey on Wednesday night, back Thursday morning and we’re playing Saturday, lunchtime kick-off?

“It’s an absolute shambles and I can’t praise the boys enough for that character they’ve shown. That’s all I want to talk about today.

Those boys, they deserve better than being thrown out here to fail today.

Authorities set us up to fail, they’ve tried.

How can they set us up, after a Champions League game, Wednesday night, in Turkey, and set us a Saturday, 12:30 kick-off?
“You’ve got Liverpool and City, fair play, they play against each other, they played on Tuesday and play Sunday.

“Who is responsible? We’ve had enough of that, I’ve had enough.

“Players, this season, I said it yesterday, we have to understand how these players, in these times, the pandemic, how mentally draining that is, physically draining this is, and you set them up like this?

We’ve lost Luke Shaw because of that.”

Kelly: “The demands on a big club are very, very difficult and….”

Solskjaer: “So set us up on a Sunday then. There’s absolutely no problem with Sunday, it’s an international break after.

“No argument whatsoever, it’s just a joke.”

Kelly: “Let’s talk about the performances of the players as well…

Solskjaer: “Brilliant. Brilliant.”

Kelly: “Bruno Fernandes, two goals, fabulous performance…”

Solskjaer: “Top, absolutely top. Fantastic after Wednesday night, Thursday morning coming back.

“I just go back to that one all the time, and they’ve shown that today.

“We’ve spoken about it. They’re not going to have the pleasure of seeing us lose again.”

He is clearly playing the victim card here

Oh fack off.

Victim card. What he's saying is absolutely spot on.

God tribalism makes people unbelievably stupid.

posted on 9/11/20

I’m not saying it isn’t spot on. I’m saying that contrary to what has been said on this article, Solksjaer has made out that the authorities have it in for United, when the reality is all teams playing in Europe are suffering over these fixture lists.

I’m curious where in the full interview I posted above did Solksjaer indicate he was speaking about the situation as a whole. Could you please elaborate for somebody as thick as myself?

Oh Wahl give over.

Too busy sucking yourself off over pictures of Mourinho to notice that the same applies to Chelsea and a change would also benefit Chelsea.

People so obsessed with tribalism they refuse an idea that would benefit their own club.

If United suggested Chelsea should be given 30 points, some Chelsea fans would be against it.

I think they should play every day. The season could be done in 2 months if they pull their fingers out.
