I feel this one will go one of two ways.

Either it will serve as a refreshing distraction to the current world situation and the new location will give the show a new lease of life.......

.....Or it will flop and the fact it's not in Oz will be a further in your face reminder of the current world situation.

I think it will literally be one extreme or the other!

Most of the younger celebs that go on it now, the 'reality stars' tend to play it safe, and they all become friends, must work better for their careers. The old ones are usually the ones that fall out with everyone and say what they really think
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It's because the vast majority of young people are actually decent human's despite the media and older generations (that have a much higher % of cuunts) trying to stigma them otherwise.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Have to agree, most old people are selfish cuuuunts tbf

Winning Im a celebrity (or being in the frame) does seem to work for these z listers. ITV seem to invent a programme format to reward winners each year.

That Emily Atack is everywhere on ITV these days

----------------------------------------------------------------------
She’s pretty fit tbf so that’s probably why
----------------------------------------------------------------------
She also noshed off the rugby team.

Nope, but i worked in retail and hospitality for a combined 15 years and i'm now a youth worker. In my retail and hospitality jobs i NEVER once was abused by a young person but from a 40+ i'd be lucky if i escaped a foul mouthed tirade (on a few occasions a square up) atleast once on any given week.

As a youth worker (my job for the last seven years) i've worked with 100's of young people and i've only ever come across one genuine piece of work.

Yes ofcourse there's a minority of genuinely awful young people but i'd wager the % is significantly smaller than middle age (my demographic) or seniors, i'd bet anything on it!

Winning this show just means you get to co anchor the jungle spin off show that starts after 10pm. The one that nobody watches anyway.

TV reality stars and low rent stars from Corrie and Emmerdale chewing on kangaroo an us and crocodile wang, for an extra 2 minutes of fame was desperate 10 years ago. There are Internet stars that are more well known and paid millions for sitting on there keysters going WARRRRGGGHHH WOOOAHHHH WEEEE!!!

Ant and Dec look old.

I was particularly surprised to see Arab posting an overtly ageist (and patently unfair) generalisation when he’s usually amongst the first to scream blue murder whenever a comment betraying bigotry is left on here.

Very fair.

But our generation is often victim to ageist and unfair generalisations. Bit boring now.

May i add it's still a small minority in the other demograph's but a 'bigger' small minority than young people.

Yeah, you’re right; that’s boring and unfair too.

But people who give it out really have no right to complain about receiving it back.

As an old git I feel compelled to defend my age group. I never found my parents, family and French family anything but respectful. Unlike the two lads who broke into my parents. The courts are full of generally youngish people on charges os assault and similar.
But the vast majority are really nice, decent people.
As are most of my generation.

Just one totally lost cause, yes.

I've come across many troubled flawed young people (mainly down to emotional and/or physical abuse suffered at the hands of supposed better generations) but in terms of an unapologetic lost cause baastard of a human, yes only one.

Nobodies talking about one's like that. But, rude, abusive, light finger éd, plenty and not always due to upbringing. And as you are comparing with the old, how many of those have you met that baarstards of a human being.

Being in your line of work you should know that the vast majority of people are decent in every age group.

Yep, but my gripe is there's a massive stigma against young people from things like landlords not making property available to them right down to people crossing the street to avoid one because they're convinced they're being attacked.

The baastard minority is small in every demographic I've already said that, but in my opinion it's the "lowest minority" in young people yet they're the one's suffering from the brutally unfair stigma.

52, another example would be this pandemic. A lot of young people are doing essential jobs, essential volunteering and/or totally abandoning their social life without a fuss yet they're being pigeonholed as selfish cuunts who are having raves, going on party holidays and carefreely putting old people at risk spreading the virus when in reality that's an extremly small minority.

Would you judge middle age people on the likes of Katie Hopkins and Piers Morgan? Ofcourse not, so why are young people judged on those type of metrics?

And boy, do they let you know it.

It's well documented. Just Google it. (As they would say.)

the proliferation of the R number in recent weeks supports these claims. Its clearly not just a small minority.

I don't think they are, one on one. But in the town I live in the rapid increase in cases was put down to the return of students. I don't know if that's fair or not. But I haven't seen old people in any great numbers going to clubs, bars Ets.
Now in many ways I don't blame them because it's what I did and great, harmless fun.
But they do it without masks.
Af I've said before, if they get it, they have a cough for a week. If they give it me it's curtains

Well ignoring the fact older people could also be responsible for that there's around 12 million 15-30 year olds in the UK, so even if say 500,000 of them were flaunting the rules that would still be an extremely small minority as it would be around 11.5m less than one's that ain't.
