A wee word to "watch/cripple their centre mid" or "crock that tricky winger early doors and he'll go missing for the rest of the game", helpful info like that.

Ive always thought if I had a ‘keeper who is tall (above 6”6) I would probably plan to do set piece routines specifically aimed at him winning the first ball particularly against ‘small’ teams.

It certainly wouldn't be to play sideways across our own byline and invite UNNECESSARY pressure like Ole the genius seems to be obsessed with

Mine would be like a secondary school PE teacher.

I like cloughie's style, I have a bit of his attitude and persona.

I would though make sure that who ever played against my team would be ended up slumped back on the changing room benches after the game regardless of result, talking about sore ankles and how ****ed they are instead of checking accumulators and messaging women they wanna hook up with.

Kinda like my team Leeds. Regardless of the result, you are going to have to work hard for it.

I'd want to be the kind of manager who is rigidly doctrinal and takes the attitude that it's no good winning games by compromising on the purity of my tactical vision and only communicated to my players in aphorisms but regularly gave them individual formation diagrams, which you could only tell which way up they should be viewed because I'd scribbled Gramsci quotations at the bottom as footnotes, and I'd smoke Gauloises and wear turtleneck sweaters and alienate everyone at the club.

So very much like my ja606 persona really.
