It’s a lot of guesswork from your behalf your assumption that they take officials in/out based on ‘interactions’. Which doesn’t seem a likely argument.

Didnt he admitt to not knowing the rules? Hecost us 2 points because of it. Shouldnt have even been put on it in the first place so soon after it. Shouldnt even be still involved in the prem atm.

He cost us 18 home wins last season too i the draw vs Burnley he was the ref. He was that bad Robertson and Trent both had a rant at him at the end of the game and avoided punishment for it, thats how embarrassingly bad he was.

Also is there evidence Liverpool forced them or did they just eventually do what was right inadvertently by protecting the guy and themselves from further embarrassment?

Yeh, I think this is a bizarre decision but nothing to do with Liverpool necessarily, although who knows what goes on behind closed doors.

If Spurs lost Kane to a season ending ridiculously high double footed scissor horror tackle and the culprit didnt even get sent off cause it happened seconds after another player was offside and the VAR ref didnt know the rules and didnt check the foul... im sure Spurs and their fans wouldnt say a word or demand answers.
