Every ref makes a few blunders, agree. His job is to correct/advise on those decisions, which he did not do. So why would he keep his place there?

He may be in the process of receiving some form of training to correct his errors, so until he "passes" that, he won't be on VAR duty, for example.

And if someone not knowing the rules when it's their job to know the rules is ok then the game is doomed.
As for removing him from the game, that incident happened weeks ago. He should never been given the game and now it just appears as a reactionary from the FA in the face of the scousers crying on Twitter.

Actually sandy, I misread his post and was wrong about what he meant - so my apologies to him for that.
But yes, I did agree with that post.

Yep, I have built that reputation - don't deny it. Am well aware of my faults and have worked to improve on them.
Perhaps you should do the same.
Reality is, you joined and the first thing you did was have a dig at me. So here we are. Maybe if you don't do that in future, this sort of petty squabble won't happen. I'll leave that with you to consider.
