They don't find these kids, they buy these kids from other teams who have developed them.
The thing that Dortmund have is that they are known throughout europe as a stepping stone for potential world beaters to move on for massive money.
They basically are a big club domestically, who will play raw young talent in from the start to allow them to develop and flourish into top players.
Players agents know this,so they get their players to develop there to get top dollar.Develop in a first team in a major league rather than sign for a barca or madrid and spend 2-3 years in the under 21 squads
Well they will making an insane amount of money on the 3 or 4 players I mentioned and it just seems weird no one bar maybe wolves, has a similar system.
Was also pretty mind blowing to know Haaland thinks the 16 year old is way way better than he was at that age. That's a scary thought as he's only just turned 20 😅
Worries me PL could become the next Series A where teams fell into the trap of thinking they had to just buy superstars.

Serie A was the best league in the world for about 20 years when they did this.
I remember when this Moukoko kid was12 and had scored a ridiculous amount of goals for the u15 or u16s. People started questioning his age.
So his dad had to come out to defend him and made a very good point.
The 65 year old dad mentioned that his mum is 28 and couldn’t possibly be any younger seeing as she has a12 year old son. If Moukoko was any older, that wouldn’t be a good look for dad!

Yeah we all know that throughout the world that girls under the age of 16 don't get married to men 37 yrs older

Jesus Christ, his dad is a borderline nonce
He is a unit for sure. Looks like a man already so I can see why some might question his age. I think the days of old African players claiming a younger age are long gone. Wasn't obifema Martins of Newcastle one?
Kanu is only turning 28 in December
They don't win much though.

yup.
all well and good selling on sancho or headland next year due to another wunderkind coming up but bayern scoop up the pots.
incidentally people need to take note that a lot of this is now non German players and their league is going the way the prem did with german numbers dropping.
