To be honest mate, it is not supporters like me you need to talk to, you need to have a chat to those that are not getting fully behind the manager and the team.

I am always happy to chat football and am just about the most positive poster on the board.

I just cannot see the point of supporting Spurs though, if they are going to continually moan about the manager, ever though Spurs sit top of the league. As somebody said maybe supporting Spurs is not for them, maybe needlework is more their forte.

Oh and apparently we are a cult for supporting the manager and the team.

I think Spurs fans can feel good about the season for obvious reasons but I would stress that they’ve been good this season - not great.

I think if we get to the end of January and Spurs are still within 5 points of the top spot then they can start getting excited.

Palmers, as I said before, I am totally behind Jose and the team. It is the supporters that are continually moaning whatever the result that you should be addressing.

I have always tried to be courteous, but I seem to be the one that gets continual abuse from the usual suspects just for supporting Jose and the team.

I am not looking at beyond one game at a tie, but overall I would love us to be back in top 4 like we have been for so many years, other than the last.

The article you are referring to is correct. After every win all we hear is how great Jose is, then when it goes wrong and we lose, it's all down to the players.

It's getting boring as hell. I want Spurs to do well, and I'm happy when we win.

But it's painful on here when the Jose gloaters are out after every win, it sucks the fun out of everything on here.

I kind of get it. tottenham fans love Pockets and if Mourinho was to come, take his team and start winning trophies with it, it would really show the difference between a World Class manager and Pockets. But wanting Mourinho to fail because of that is like cutting off your own nose to spite your face. If Mourinho wins then Tottenham win so Tottenham fans really need to forget about Pockets and just get behind Mourinho.
