I'd loan Dele out next season.

I hope Dele gets game. Really hope he can get back into the team.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Feel he needs to move on for his own good
----------------------------------------------------------------------
When Jose came in, there were three key players who were clearly underperforming and looked like they'd leave. Aurier, Ndombele and Dele.
Serge and Ndombele are like new players. Dele has sunk out of sight. Makes me think he is the only one who hasn't got on board with Jose's approach and management style.
It's sad, you always knew there would be one or two casualties, but I didn't expect it to be Dele
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The sad thing is that Jose actually rated him at the start on his tenure. Kane has stepped up but Dele has declined. #DeclineAlli.
Dele's been good for Jose
Dele should consider converting himself in to a CM and rival Sissoko. Cut out the megs, fancy flicks, blonde streaks and you never know. He is still young.
Dele’s adopted family live in the next village to mine. Whilst I don’t know them other than occasionally seeing them in the local shops, I do have a friend who know the Hickfords very well and he has said they were worried about the company he has been keeping, even after lockdown.
Could that be part of the issue? Remember also he came a long way in just a couple of years or so, into PL, young player of year twice, England caps etc, it can change a young guys life exponentially and also his approach.
Maybe he thought, that’s it, I have hit the big time I don’t need to try any more. He needs to look at Harry Kane, apparently works his socks off in training, doesn’t do nightclubs and doesn’t drink either!

After Kane and Ndombele, he is up there with one of our most highly paid players. He seems to have a few fingers on a few pies according to IG. Defo needs to prioritise football. Right now do we really miss him? No.
I'm excited to see more of GLC now. Ndombele had a good assist & seems to be improving game by game. Seems hacked off everytime he gets subbed too. Good.
Tomorrow Vinicius and Bale should start.
Dele who?
Can see Dele ending up in the Championship whilst he focuses on his gaming career the rate he's going.
