Never liked him while he was at Spurs tbf. Miserable caant.
Facking combover caant he knows fack all.
Couldn't give two hoots what he thinks 👍
I loved Ndombele playing deeper last night threading through balls to the 10. For one game I'd like to see Kane as the 10 with Vinicius up top.
Ndombele Hojbjerg
Bale - Kane - Son
-------Vinicius
See how that works with Kane feeding 3 attackers and arriving late for cut backs.
I think it's probably because he hasn't watched us a lot and in the meantime has heard a lot about Kane's stat to the season. I mean Kane has the highest assist in top 5 leagues of Europe, so that hasn't escaped Danny.
He might just be talking on the back of that.
“I feel they are nothing without Harry Kane and rely to much on him".
---------------------------------------------------------------
Just as well he's contracted to play for us then..eh Danny?
He was still probably upset that Liverpool got humped on their own patch the night before.

Ridiculous mate
It is hard if you don't watch Spurs a lot, which is something odd as the guy is an ex-Spurs and a pundit, it is hard for someone new to not think Kane is influential to the side?
Kane effectively made that first goal against City and he terrified their centre backs the whole game.
He also made Lo Celso goal, so you can understand if this was someone who hasn't watched us to get that impression.
But Danny Murphy? If he's making things up, he needs to just say it and be honest about it.
Murphy is nothing but a Pool loving mug, just like Barnes, Souness, Redknapp etc etc, he isn`t going to talk up Spurs` chances at the risk of potentially harming the chances of their darlings.
The power of the media to influence perception is there for all to see, a positive spin can influence the decision making process of those that matter.
This is why these mugs put a positive spin on Pool at all times and begrudge giving any other team any kind of credit.
Any little way the Pool loving media can strengthen their darlings and weaken any of the rivals, and they will take it.
Murphy knows Spurs are emerging as a serious threat to his darlings, he can`t have that.

He’s just talking s** mate. We all know Kane is our best, that’s pretty obvious, but we got some top players in real form at the moment like Sonny, Hojberg, Ndombele and even Gio can eventually be an excellent player. Reguilon also looking like he’s been here for 5 years. Murphy a kno* head
As an outsider looking in I'd say you do rely on Kane but that's not surprising as he's a bloody good player. Most teams, to be fair, rely on their best players!
It's the 'nothing' part I'd take issue with though. Spurs may well be less productive without Kane but no one knows for certain this season how less productive you'd be. Perhaps a different kind of system/formation would generate the same results albeit in a different manner.

Exactly mate this is my point. I can accept Kane’s our main man and of course without him, we are weaker, but Murphy was talking like Kane is literally our only player. He mentioned Son in 1 sentence as “I know Son’s a good player “ , no you bald pr**, Son is an excellent player. Just felt it was very negative from him.
He’s not far wrong though is he?
Spurs definitely would not be nothing without Kane but they still rely very heavily on him. You mention Son’s goals but how many of those would he have scored without Kane on the pitch?
You can’t bang on about having the supposed best striker (or player according to some Spurs fans) in the world and then act like not having him wouldn’t have a huge influence on how good the team is.

He is completely wrong, whenever Kane has been injured in the past (apart from when our entire front line was injured at the same time), we have seen very little (if any) drop off in points gained, for example I can remember Son stepping up in Kane`s absence and scoring for fun. We also have a quality squad these days with several top class players, and Bale who is improving fitness with every passing game. We are better placed to be without Kane than ever before.
Murphy can not see past his Pool allegiances, there is no chance he would say the same if Salah, Mane or Oliver was out injured.

No one is denying that but Murphy is wrong. We also rely on Son. They are our players, so what ? Take Mane and Salah out the Liverpool team and that’s much more weaker. Just like if you take Son and Kane out. Murphy is talking s**. Spurs are more than just Harry Kane.
