Exactly you see refs giving free kicks for that in the middle of the park every week. Its definitely a foul especially these days. The number of penalties given today is a joke thou.

It is clear and obvious of the ref missed welbecks touch or Robertson’s kick. I don’t know what he initially saw though.

Everything looks worse slowed down. Two players just going for the ball, yes there’s contact but it’s minimal.

Doesn’t even knock him off his feet, if that’s a foul I give up. Either way it’s not a clear and obvious error.

Its not an error if the ref didn't see the kick. If he saw the contact and deemed it not a foul then your argument stands up.
