Did you watch spurs yesterday, it was painful.

Couldn't watch that week in week out, he did the same to utd.

Sooner Poch than Josè, need to get in quick now Olè has bought himself some more time.

No I haven't to be fair. But my point still stands as it's an awful watch.

If given the choice between spurs and arsenal I would have thought he'd choose spurs. We're a more attractive club at the moment

Imagine what Jose would have done with a front 3 of Laca, PEA and Pepe? Absolute wonders I am sure.
----------------------------------------------
Nothing. Not one manager would get this three working together.

Laca, Auba and Pepe is probably the worst front 3 out of the top 8 clubs

You should go for the Southampton manager. Clear modern philosophy and they are decent to watch too unlike sleepy stuff Arteta plays.

Easily. Unbalanced and to be harsh a little, overrated.

Spurs dont play like that week in week out We wouldn't average +2 goals a game if we did, +twice what Arsenal manage.

Even the dimmest of fans can see the pragmatism of Spurs' approach yesterday. We didnt play that well but came away with a draw. LFC by all accounts played well vs BHA, but came away with a draw.

We could have got Ancelotti or Allegri.
We went for the YTS option

we didn't play that well, average performance from a depleted team.

You played the same vs city and again yesterday, and no doubt when we play you in a few weeks.

If it gets you results fair play but its painful to watch.

Hopefully we have trent and Thiago back for that one

No manager can help Arsenal with these player's because they'd soon turn on him and down tools.

I'd honestly rather have a manager who prides himself on entertaining football even if it isn't particularly successful. Still in the mix for Europa, maybe a CL spot on occasion but more importantly something that's aesthetically pleasing most of the time.

Jose doesn't offer that, Arteta clearly doesn't either.

I think only Chelsea have scored more than us this season and in general the football has been good. What Spurs have always missed is a manager willing to commit to shiiithousery when the result is more important than entertaining.

We will play exactly the same at Anfield and the Etihad, and probably at home to Pool and Chelsea. The other games in the season though we will play as we have done by trying to blow teams away with superior fire power.

Fine by me as long as we stay top of the league and the “top” sides stay below us.

Scary but funny what a mess Arsenal are when you think what they are paying PEH, Ozil & Willian. Arteta was a joke hiring.... nothing more than a “pep fan boy”
Don’t see Arsenal finishing top half

We have a good chance of the league, everyone was telling us we would lose ground during this run of games and yet we are still top. Meanwhile the rest are not taking their chances to go top even though they are up against mediocre competition whilst we have to go to Chelsea.

your sitting top level on points with a team going through an injury crisis.
Leicester another team who've had a lot injuries are about to join us on the same amount of points.
Let's see where your at come the end of Jan after the first round of games has been played.
Any team up there then or within 3-5 points will be in contention.
Too early to talk anyone up, and its too tight as well..

Maybe we won’t have an injury crisis all season and Leicester and Liverpool’s will continue. The seasons when Liverpool and Leicester won the league, neither side had any major injury problems - maybe the luck will be with us this season.

Anyhow, this is about style. I am happy we keep doing what we do if it keeps us top of the league above the “top” sides.

As Jose said, Spurs are just pony's in this race. His first full season/pre-season, 3 or 4 new players in the team. We are a work in progress but even through this season you can see how that progress is going.

Underwhelming start vs a very buoyant Everton side on day one being our only defeat. Denied by ref vs NUFC, big slip up vs WHU (these things happen) and hard fought draw at Stamford Bridge. These are our only dropped points and we could have very easily won our last 8 games before yesterday.

So all in all, we are developing and improving and looking strong and consistent and we are top. Not sure there are any grounds to be critical or dismissive of what Spurs have done so far and really you can only see it getting better.
