Thought the only mistake was not taking Fred off tbh. On the balance of it we probably should have won the game, poor finishing cost us.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Really? Thought PSG were the better team, apart from about a fifteen minute spell from United on the counter.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
United were the better team. Martial isn't good enough when it counts, game flipped on its head after his misses.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Have to disagree there, my eyes and the stats say differently. PSG controlled the game, had the better chances and scored the most goals. Yes United had a spell on the counter but that was only a short period of the game. Very lucky to not be down to ten in the first half also.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I might he a bit swayed by the few chances United missed leading up to the psg goal.
Arab has to be the most reactionary poster on here.
We should have been 3-0 before the red card.. which wasn't one.
We've been the better team against last season's finalists twice, and if we win our game in hand we are 2 points off the top of the league.
Absolutely no reason we can't get a result next week

already forgot Sunday's game, i see!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah, when we were 2-0 down at HT. Big fecking whoop
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You were supporting Southampton ... predicted them to win 3-1.
How did that work out for you?
I was really surprised he kept Fred on. He was a ticking time bomb
Ole is too passive to be good at in-game management. Passivity has no place in management.

Bloke waits 70 mins to make a sub every single game and every man and his dog knows Fred shouldn’t have come out of that tunnel in a United shirt either.
We were in a position where we could’ve topped this group and rested players ahead of the City match next week but we need to get a point at least at Leipzig to qualify.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Every single game? Like against Southampton?
The performance wasn't a disaster at all and these things happen. RB have to win next week so we'll aee how we get on. I think we'll be Ok although second is the best we'll get in this group now
I actually really liked our game tonight bar first 15 minutes. We could have easily scored another 3 on any other day and game would have be done and dusted.
I really can't defend Fred not being substituted and ducking Martial missing 2 open chances.
It’s Dejavu. Few decent results followed by a defeat. We could have won today, but some really bad finishing as well as terrible in game management cost is.
Red card changed the game, only gripe is Fred wasn’t replaced at HT
Prior to this game, Ole made substitutions before the 70 minute mark in each and every one of the previous five games, and twice at half time
Can someone explain the logic in?
- Keeping Fred on the pitch when we have Pogba, Matic and VDB to replace him? I just knew Ole would not sub him as he takes these sorts of risks because he has no idea what squad management is and plays the same players all the time.
- Subbing off Cavani and Martial when we are losing, and also Rashford had gone off injured? I'm baffled by this.
- Bringing on Igalho in the 89th minute when we needed a striker and focal point when our 3 forwards went off?
Just amateur hour. I cannot believe a Man Utd manager can be this naive after being in the job for 2 years. Same mistakes time and time again.
He didn't learn from injuring Rashford last season and again he's picked up an injury. He has no concept of squad management and how not to play your best 11 every game.
If he gets sacked he can't say he didn't have it coming, Cannot believe the result today. PSG were there for the taking and we gave the game to them on a plate.
I doubt Paunch would have made a difference. The only thing I disagreed with was not subbing Fred earlier - I do find that baffling.

Jesus this place isn’t half hilarious at times.
We played well, as did PSG, both teams had chances to finish with the 3-1 score line.
Leaving Fred on was a mistake, yes but Christ get some perspective.
We’re 5 pts off top in the prem with a game in hand and need a draw to qualify for the next round in the champions league

Fred shouldn't have received the yellow.
You do realise cavani is 33 years old
Ighalo hasn't played in forever, he was put on as a last resort and rightly so
I start to wonder if people want to see good football or to win.
When I was younger I wanted to win at all costs.
The European/top of the table clashes, I didn't care about, and never criticised the performance if we got the result.
Maybe that was because we were at the front of the pack usually.
Now I just want to see good football.
Tonight I thought we played well. Enjoyed it. We were unlucky as well. Except we were lucky the ref messed up Fred's 'headbutt'. Should have walked really according to today's rules.
In summary, Cavani looked a beast and I eat my words from before the season started.
Just hope he plays with that desire every week, and not just against his old club because he has a point to prove.
Arab... serious question... why do you actually watch utd.. you obviously get no pleasure from doing so as all you do is moan and complain... so genuinely.. why bother?
