There are a few that would do better, but any forward would struggle in this team as it’s so shiiiiiit at creating opportunities for the forwards. I’ve watched Arsenal and seen this. The stats all back it up as well. Having some poor touches than mess up an attack doesn’t mean Arsenal have created goal scoring opportunities.

If you really believe Auba has had zero opportunities to score then you clearly haven't been watching Arsenal lol

Pretty sure in your first comment you said he's not been getting any opportunities?
That doesn’t mean literally zero.

You do know that no opportunities literally means none right?
I shouldn’t need to explain the nuances of the English language to someone capable of accessing the internet. I’m out.

Well clearly you don't understand the language very well, I guess in your alien version of English.... 'no oportunities' means some opportunities, in which case you have just defeated your own argument and in the process made yourself look pretty stupid at the same time... well done 🤣🤦♂️
In 10 league appearances, his expected goal is 1.85 and he has scored 2. The 2 goals he scored, one was a 0.09 expected goal chance against Fulham and the other a penalty against Man Utd which was an expected goal chance of 0.76. Interestingly if you take out the penalty, his expected goals after 10 league games is 1.09 and would have had 1 goal. That is insane considering he is one of the best strikers in the world. To be fair I think Arteta side usually have single digit shots and 1 or 2 on target per game.

They even said Arsenal have been clinical since Arteta arrived. I actually saw the stats like a week or so back and it is insane the levels Arsenal have outperformed there expected goals for and against. If we had the same efficiency as Arteta has managed we would be looking like a side that could get 100 points. Now it is averaging out Arteta looks clueless. Remember since Arteta joined Arsenal have been near the bottom of the league for chance creation and near the top for chances against. Arteta tactics have been since he came to create around 4 or 5 chances and absorb as many shots as they can.
Arsenal FA Cup winning run and community shield win was nearly identical as well. Insane finishing and absorbing an insane amount of shots against. If opponents shot better, Arteta wouldn’t have been so lucky.

The crazy thing was Emery stats were worse than Wengers stats and Arteta made Emery stats look like Guardiola.
Arteta is lucky he has near the most efficient side in history since he came as he would have been sacked by now if that wasn’t the case.
