i honestly believe the board are lazy.
it takes us about a month to conclude every transfer, now working in an office environment and dealing with large projects i know things get done as quickly as answers are provided.
i think we get responses on a Monday and don't reply till the following Monday.
I think we had an assistant manager lined up and then when the manager left we just went "he'll do" instead, because it would be too much effort otherwise.
i think we had a bunch of applications and CV's and put them in a file because it was easier to appoint lennon.
i think that rather than looking for the best coaches we look for ex players who are out of work and offer them something instead.
I think if we need a coach its easier to take a reference from someones dad and give them a job than to look for the best candidate.
are we honestly going to say that we had 2 positions available and the best people we could find to do the job was O'Dea and McManus.
That Kennedy was the best assistant manager available. Despite having no experience as an assistant manager.
they are lazy, their appointments are lazy and that's why we will be stuck with lennon for the foreseeable.

I told you - there was one position and Duff got it. Then more positions came available.
It is all a moot point and I know folk are emotional but it is hee-haw to do with the first team though I wouldn't be surprised if Duff saw the reality and baled out. By all means claim 'it is rotten from top to bottom' but 95% are the same from Rodgers' time and if you think pistol or anyone else is wiping out the playing and coaching staff then you are deluded.
BTW when fans are back there must be a coin to be made selling inflatable sharks.
i think we need to aspire to better silver, i don't think we can wipe out the whole coaching staff but for me it's lazy.
we don't seem to look for the best people for the job.
