We should really skip europa and concentrate on league. There is a real chance if can maintain some consistency.

I don’t think we started slow, I think we were set up badly and by the time we did something about it, the game was pretty much gone.

couldn't agree more

but starting slow is simply because our game plan is not good enough going into games

we finish strong because we end up in a desperate situation wher we have to throw tthe kitchen sink at opposition. Not a way to manage a game

I'm still backing Ole, but he needs to get his stuff together and plan for big games. I'm not sure what he says to players before big games, they come out and play slow and lethargic game.

He just doesn't look like the motivator type. I think he probably bores the players to sleep during his pre match speech.

Play the kids in the Europa league unless we are miles off top 4.

How do we start matches faster?

Do we need to raise the intensity of our warm ups?

Does Ole need to be a presence on the touchline from minute 1? I feel he mirrors the team. He stays seated at the start and only ventures onto the touchline when we go behind.

This
He sits there looking lost and clueless. That can't be a good look for the lads on the pitch
