Well we won't know for sure until after 38 games
Nah. Mourinho's United for me.
They must be the team to have the lowest points total at this stage of a season?
Sheffield/Wilder are victim of their own success. They massively overperformed last season, it was an incredible achievement. But then it puts them in that kind of awkward position - do they trust in the players that got them there, perhaps knowing deep down some aren't good enough to build a sustainable successful PL team? or they be ruthless and just replace players even after such a good season, at risk of alienating their core group of players?
It is a fine balance but I think they probably weren't ruthless enough in my opinion. Their entire squad bar a handful of exceptions is basically still a Championship squad. So many remnants of the same players starting for them in League 1 and lower levels of Championship. When you look at teams that successfully transition from promoted club to stable PL level teams - in last few years, examples being Wolves, Southampton and Leicester - within 1-2 seasons of getting promoted their entire team tends to have changed significantly from what was promoted. Last season they wasted time with random signings like Burke, Zivkovic, Morrison and Rodwell when perhaps better investments could have been made. Since joining the PL Berge is the only one signing they have made where you can say 100% this is the type of signing that will help progress them into a sustainable, successful PL level club.
It was clear they performed so well last season IN SPITE of having really really weak strikers. It is actually incredible they did so well last season with their striking options. Still they should have focused on getting trusted quality up front. Brewster is a decent prospect and there was optimism around his signing but he is definitely not the answer to their striking problem right now at PL level.
They are essentially reverting back to the mean this season
Lookin like the new Derby County
The Liverpool team that went to villa park were the worst team ever for me
They will still finish above West Brom.
It won't save them from relegation though.
Between both boxes they ain't doing too much differently too last season.
Last year they took the limited chances they create and had a top keeper, this year they waste their chances and have a terrible keeper, such small differences can make a huge difference at the top level.

No doubt the most embarrassing effort for sure, not even an argument.
Can’t remember if it was Derby or Leicester who went down with 13 points?? Might have been when it was only 2pts for a win though
It was Derby and it was 11 points in 2007-2008
Correction - Sheffield United are the worst team ever.
I am close to someone ITK and he says there is deep unrest amongst the players at Bumhole Lane, all down to players salaries.
PS There is no football in Sheffield at the moment so I'm not just laughing at our piggy neighbours. We are also atrocious.
