The brilliance of Mourinho is convincing fans that the only way to win is to play shiiiiitty, defensive football. Goebbels would be proud of his work.

Very disappointed with the way we set up after going 1-0 up.

Completely agree. I’m sticking to my guns on Jose and ultimately don’t want him. Getting wins but playing garbage with no possession is not what I wana see, I watch football for entertainment and we are so boring. We got what we deserved today, should have been on the front foot all game not only when they equalised
----------------------------------------------------------------------

On your own then son. You continue to enjoy pretty football and winning f** all every season. I’m hoping that Spurs finally lift some trophies under Mourinho. So easy for the Mourinho haters to come out now after hibernating for 2 months. You lot are pathetic
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Haven't pretty much all the haters in your fanbase with the exception of a few widely agreed they will put up with the football if it gets them trophies?

I mean even you are saying Mourinho is at your club to turn you into winners but you're preparing excuse after excuse just incase he doesn't.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Why do you keep saying that ? Not sure why you think you have figured me out. I’m not preparing any excuses. I’m saying, I don’t care how we do it, I’m happy for us to play how he wants, if he can bring us the trophies. Most of the Jose haters come out in full force the moment we drop points, hence why we have barely heard a peak from them in 2 months

Draw your away, win your home, you’ll be close to the top

No, that would give you 76 points. Nowhere near enough for a title challenge.

But what if he doesn't win the trophies?

This match was a chance for Jose to prove that all the criticism that comes his way was incorrect.

On this occasion he failed to prove the critics wrong and in fact strengthen their arguments.

What if Bob was my uncle and F. anny’s my Aunt ? Ask this question at the end of the season. Until then, I’m enjoying seeing us currently competing at the top of the league against one of the best sides on the planet. 1 s** result doesn’t suddenly make me want Jose out like some on here. It’s pathetic.

Can’t concede a goal, Jose out

I’m not Jose’s biggest fan at all but I’ve been pretty happy how we’ve nullified the big teams of late. What has irked me is that we were too negative today against a lesser team. Those two points lost today could well be very important if we are in the fight for the title come the end of the season.
I’m not attacking any of you, I’m not attacking our Spurs and I’m not attacking Jose, I’m just saying I believe he set the team up wrong today, and that he will have to be more flexible in his tactics to be in with a chance of bringing us the title.
Don’t forget folks, it’s the season of goodwill, be nice to each other.

Completely agree and no issue with criticism of Jose sometimes, but what I find pathetic is fans suddenly piping up with “that’s why I don’t want Jose” because of 1 poor result. Honestly pathetic and so incredibly knee jerk. Almost like they couldn’t wait to say it.

People are hilarious, thinking it’s just as easy as deciding to be the better team every minute of every match. Other teams are capable of playing well, and shock sometimes they do. i.e. Fulham right now

I’m with Jose, but we should have been more positive at 1-0, rather than let them have the initiative and then only attack once the equaliser came
That’s just really poor in my opinion

I have not turned on jose cos of today I never wanted him from the beginning and mad that plainly clear.

Yes he has got some good results and if you look at the league table you will be over the moon.

The problem is that I watch the games and they are boring, turgid, negative and horrible.

I seem to remember it was jose that started the "parking the bus" saying when he was at chelsea and we played jose style to get a 0-0 draw.

He was super critical of us that day but when he goes to chelsea and does the self same thing its a master class? Hypocritical to say the least.

I watch football for enjoyment and I dont enjoy watching us most of the time under Jose its that simple.

Am I that desperate to gamble on possibly wining a trophy but the cost is 99% boredom between August and May? Nope I would rather be entertained for 10 months with no trophy than bored for 10 months with one.

There are bad days at the office and then there's what happened with us, which is just poor negative tactics we keep employing that this time caught up with us.
