That's kept Arteta in a job for a couple more weeks.
This might help Jose stick to his sit deep and give up possession tactics, without fans groaning

Np, you're welcome
The different tier thing is pretty nonsensical in the uk anyway, it's a tiny feckin country. As for some regions allowing fans and others not, total bolloks as well
It was always coming. Billy Bunter had to appease the rest of the country by locking London down.
I can live with it, as I haven`t been to Spurs or a pub since Lockdown in March, and I certainly am not going to be standing on a beach with six other people at this time of the year.

Yes, but I thought the fans at Selhurst Park, did provide an amazing atmosphere even at only 2000 of them which helped to make the game tense too
London has and has a very high infection rate which is rising fast.
I think holding back on putting them in tier 3 was because of the huge economic cost of doing that. The rest of the country relies heavily on London generating money.
Politically, if you inconvenience and upset 7 million people that's something for any party to be wary of.
It’s a bit of a nonsense really considering we have the Christmas “free for all” coming up in just over a weeks time.

We are warned that January will be a COVID high...Well d'oh! People will just mix and mingle through the Xmas and New Year's eve party - nothing will change!

TIERS OF A CLOWN.
The no fans thing is particularly nonsensical. 2000 socially distanced fans wearing masks outside is very low risk.
It feels this government often makes decisions on what they should be seen to be doing rather than the best option.
So cancelling fans at sports events looks like they're taking the right action but actually it will make very little difference to the spread of the virus.

I get that people have to travel there but given that a few months the government was encouraging millions to go back to the office, 2000 people going to a football match feels pretty insignificant.

Well obviously I would like supporters inside ground, including myself. But a few more months until the vaccine starts to come, won`t matter a lot.
Personally I have always thought they opened everything up far to quickly.
Cannot understand how hairdressers are allowed to stay open, when that is about as close as you can get to somebody. Government rules are so strange.

Everything they do is for their own personal ratings, very little is for the good of the country. How can you not be allowed to social distance at a footie match, but can go and get your haircut, with zero social distance between you and the hairdresser, barber or whoever cuts your hair.
