I don't honestly see how either of the two do any more harm than a fair number of other site users who just go around insulting and baiting others on a daily basis.
There are even some who still have their original user numbers despite being openly abusive and provocative.
I understand from Admin's point of view that these two might just not be worth the hassle, but maybe the serial complainers, whoever they are, need to take a look at themselves and ask what kind of people they are who can't just get on with their lives and let others have their own fun.

I’d agree with the banning if it was put to a vote.
Just because one or two don’t like it, or think Culer should be banned, shouldn’t disallow everyone else the pleasure of an article.
If we did a public vote, a la cnt of the year, that would be true democracy.
If he breaks the rules, fine, but if not, he shouldn’t be treated any differently to others, as said above.
It’s a community, they have all different types.
But if you’re going to complain, or vote to take someone’s freedom of speech then let’s see it laid bare with results for all to see.
There is a big difference in crossing the line and being a complete tiiiit, you shouldn’t ban someone for being a tiiiit (otherwise my days are numbered)
