Ole out ?
Van Gaal was good at the possession game; we were just toothless. We’ve had some real success, including against City, playing on the counter. But tonight sounded as if City were in control and, at home with four CMs, that’s got to be a bit of concern.

Ole could easily turn it around if he employees the right people around him in my opinion.
He isn't doing that though, I'm on the fence until next season.

Ole needs to stop hiring his mates and take a leaf out of Fergie's book by getting a top coach, like Fergie did with Queiroz.
How many decent performances have we put in this season? Apart from Everton away and Leeds at home. No other springs to mind. Same as yourself what’s is Fletcher going to teach Pobga or Bruno ect..
I do think overloading on former players is a pretty one dimensional and backward way to approach staff recruitment. Knowing what the club is all about is a positive, but shouldn't be a prerequisite when making appointments.
It's important to have the Manchester United culture, but I'd want to have at least one outside influence on the staff - preferably a strategist/possession expert (like an LvG type to shore up our play). Easy task, right? Ole needs help, but he's the best thing that's happened to our club since the great one retired. Ole and Bruno, that is. We're becoming a much better club - I don't think it can be argued that we've been in a better place since 2013.

This is the reality of United's situation at the moment.
Burnley is a massive game now. (especially with what is happening at Burnley right now).
Win that then we put genuine pressure on LFC.
And what game is around the corner?
I think we've beaten Liverpool once in our last 10 meetings. Our record in the bigger games this season is atrocious too. If playing the same way against every top opponent and big game isn't earning wins, as it hasn't this season, then maybe changing wouldn't be a bad ode
I'm sure the hiring of Darren Fletcher will change this 😒

I don't think I could have been clearer. We've beaten them once in the last 10 occasions we've faced them. So hopefully we attack a bit more at Anfield

sadly this is true, though fair to add that we've beaten them in 5 of the last 14:
Not in the Premier League.
Are you including a friendly, Charity shield and the Ropey Cup ties of 2015/16

Nope. Only the Ropey League, and it would be bizarre not to, given that both teams fielded full teams. We didn't even play them in the Community Shield ffs
I was been sarcy about the CS

Uww as owner, where he can supply the 100 trillion needed for fielding a team he considers non dross (Will need cutting edge robotics and science for this, hence the cost). Robb as chief scout and rdd as manager.
