In a former draw in Japan, all the first division teams were drawn at home v second division, it was fixed (allegedly) with hot and cold balls.
No real suggestions of fixes for any other sides though?
So City’s ball is hot, one of the shiiiittest sides gets a really cold one, and everyone else’s are just room temp?
Do people actually believe it’s fixed?
A fixed draw wouldn't have the two biggest teams in the country paired in the fourth round. If anything, they'd all be separated and the last four of the competition would always be four of Liverpool, Man City, Man Utd, Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham.

The camera was underneath the bowl,so it didn't show Crouch bending over to see what ball he was picking.
