From the BBC about the Dundee game:

There was a pitch inspection done at 10:30 by a local referee and he said it was fine to go ahead.

At 1330, the ref for today’s game, David Munro, said there was a wet patch on the pitch and they kicked a ball around and deemed it to be dangerous - so he has called it off.

Dundee are now speaking to the league to see what can be done - asking if they can they delay kick off.

if you are looking at dembele, a really promising talent and someone who has excelled at youth level and you see that he can't get into a team as utterly schite as that you must worry
